Founded by brothers Tony and Jony, TJ’s was built on one simple idea: combine the best of both worlds – juicy fried chicken and authentic gyro platters – under one roof.
Our name carries our initials, a tribute to family legacy and the shared passion that started it all.
Opening in 2026 at 427A S Franklin St, Hempstead, NY, TJ’s is rooted close to home – created to serve the family, friends and neighbors who inspired us from the start.
Our signature Fried Chicken Platter is what we’re known for – golden, crispy chicken paired with fresh halal-style rice, salad and sauces that hit every flavor note.
It’s a meal that bridges two worlds – the rich, seasoned taste of Mediterranean gyros and the irresistible crunch of Southern-style fried chicken.
Every recipe is developed in-house. Every ingredient is sourced from trusted local providers across the U.S. Because great flavor starts with great quality – and we never compromise on that.
